Unlike other challenges, during this 5 day program you will not receive menus, eating plans, or an exercise program.
This program is focused 100% on growing in faith during the course.
During these 5 days, you will:
- Build confidence in your identity as God's beautiful daughter.
- Improve your body image.
- Create a strong foundation of faith for the healthy eating and physical activity programs you pursue.
Each Day of the Challenge Includes:
- A Bible verse to learn to study God's plans for you.
- A lesson to read that will guide you to grow in faith during your weight loss journey.
- A faith in action step for you to deepen your faith and help you move forward with your weight loss goals.
- A worship song to spend meaningful time with your Savior.
