I think what has helped me is changing my mindset and not beating myself up when I have something that's 'off limits'. Before Faithful Finish Lines started I'd have a couple Oreos then chastise myself about eating them, then go eat about 6 or 8 more because I'd already blown it. Today I chose to have two Oreos and told myself it's okay...not an ounce of guilt. Best two Oreos I've ever tasted!
