Kristen Ekiss is a speaker, educator, Veteran, and coach. Kristen has a B.S. in Sport and Fitness Management and a M.Ed. in Health Education. She is a certified Personal Trainer with the NSCA, Certified Health Education Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Revelation Wellness Instructor.
