Do I have to use Facebook?
Facebook is not required for the course and videos. The community and weekly accountability check-ins are in a private Facebook group.
Do I have to follow a certain type of food plan or diet?
No.
Will you give me a meal plan or tell me what to eat?
No.
What happens when the Success Test and Tune-Up Test are done?
There is no long-term commitment. You are welcome to join us in our NEW Faithful Finish Lines Membership in January 2025, but it is not required.
How long will I have access to the 2.0 Sunset Course?
You will have access to the course until August 31, 2025. (That's over one full year.)
Do I have to buy anything else in order to participate?
No. We may offer other materials or opportunities for an additional fee, but those are optional.
